Morning: 08:45: Travel from Hanoi to Halong Bay - The limousine picks you up at your hotel in Hoan Kiem district or 49 Hai Ba Trung, then departs for Tuan Chau - Halong wharf. Cancellations will be charged as follows: Travelers cancel tickets for more than 1 week - 7 days: Lose 0% free of charge Travelers cancel tickets less than 1 week - 7 days: Lose 25% of total rate Travelers cancel tickets from 6 to 3 days: Lose 50% of total rate Travelers cancel tickets less than 3 days: Lose 100% of total rate (no show) Cancellation due to weather conditions: In the days of bad weather (rainstorms, high winds, big waves, etc.), the Bay management board will stop granting overnight sleeping permits for all ships to ensure the safety of tourists. In such a case, we will apply the following policies: - If the Bay management board informs you before you depart for the tour from Hanoi to Ha Long/Hai Phong (you have not used any of the tour's services): you will be refunded 100%. - If the management board of the Bay makes an announcement when you are in the tour schedule (you have used a number of services such as Hanoi - Ha Long/Hai Phong bus, lunch, day cruise, .. .vv), we will only charge for the services that you have used, the rest will be fully refunded. - If the 3 days 2 nights program is cut off due to weather conditions and change to 2 days 1 night is left, we only charge for the 2 days 1 night program with the services you used, unused services will be refunded accordingly. Refunds will take up to 7 working days. Children policy: Children from 0 - 12 years old: - Free of charge. - If your children need an extra bed, there will be an additional fee. Children from 13 years old and above are counted as 1 adult (based on Birth Certificate, Passport...)
Check-in time is from 11:30. If you are traveling by yourself, please be at the pier no later than 11:00 am to check in before boarding. Check-out time is from 10:00 - 10:30, depending on the schedule of each ship. Please send a photo of the passenger's ID card or birth certificate at least 5 days before the tour departure and bring these identification documents with you when checking in. Please inform Paradise Grand Cruise - Lan Ha Bay in advance of your expected arrival time. Pets are not allowed. Upon check-in, guests are required to present the credit card used to make the reservation, the transaction confirmation (sent directly to the guest's email after successful booking) and the cardholder's signature on the credit card. If no credit card authorization or original credit card is presented, guests will not be allowed to board the cruise or must pay the property. Regulations on rescheduling due to COVID-19: When there is a COVID-19 epidemic, the Government of Vietnam or the locality managing the Cruise issues a Ban on sailing, you can postpone the date to a suitable time to continue your journey.
